However it is not everyone to anticipate own(or team) activities beyond further more that.

自身の作業後の次の次を見越して、手を打たなくてはならない。
言われたことは誰でもできる。次の一手は気が利けば打てる。
次の次の手が打てる人はそうそういない。
そんな人になろう。
